We are looking for Office Assistant
- Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
- Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
- Update and maintain data such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
- Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
- Prepare Quotation by using MS word or Excel.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Minimum 1 year experience in the similar position.
- Competent computer skills including MS Office.
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
