Call Center Executive-Part time
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Passed in G.C.A A/L
- Having sound knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill
- Weekdays: 5PM to 9PM
- Saturday: 1PM to 9PM
- Sunday: 8AM to 9 PM
Duties and Responsibilities
- Call Center executive is required to attend the customer call and provide them required information.
- Call Center executive needs to understand the customer complaints and resolve the problem.
- Call Center Executive needs to update the information about the company’s product and service at all times
