Call Center Executive-Part time


Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Passed in G.C.A A/L
  • Having sound knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill

Working Hours

  • Weekdays: 5PM to 9PM
  • Saturday: 1PM to 9PM
  • Sunday: 8AM to 9 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call Center executive is required to attend the customer call and provide them required information.
  • Call Center executive needs to understand the customer complaints and resolve the problem.
  • Call Center Executive needs to update the information about the company’s product and service at all times
